Redesign The Oil Presure Switch Production Lines by Using Lean Production System
(Case Study: Samfar Co.)
Abstract
Lean production system is a new theory on mass production and is indeed, one of the powerful and useful tools to achieve companies’ goals in maintaining competitive. For the first , this approach was introduced by E.G.Toyota and T. Ohno and it was used in Toyota Co. The main aim of this research Redesign The Oil Presure Switch Production Lines by Using Lean Production System. Since there was a suitable context to do this research in Samfar Co. it was consider by Samfar senior manager remarkably. The researcher has concluded that, a significant saving could be achieved through eliminating waste in RD11,RD12,RD66,RD151 production lines of the company , by reducing time, depot between product station , space and energy in process. These conclusions have obtained by redesigning the process, considering the lean production requirements.
