Doostzadeh announced the formation of a five-member working group in this direction, consisting of three representatives of the ISMAPA, one representative of the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade (which also represents the car manufacturers) and one representative of the PSM, and the formation of this working group should also be announced to the Russian side.
He stated: According to the proposal of PSM, its facilities and offices in Moscow and St. Petersburg will be provided to the association for the purpose of following up the affairs.

Based on this report, in October, the officials of a famous Russian institute, which actually determines the strategy of the car industry of this country, were present in Tehran; While developing ideas in this industry, this institute provides testing services for car manufacturers and component manufacturers, as well as vehicle design, platform design, technology transfer, etc.
The representatives of this institute announced that according to the order of the President of Russia, by 2035, 80% of the cars in this country and their parts should be domesticated, which is a very good opportunity for Iranian industrialists.

The officials of this institute had a meeting with Manoochehr Manteqi, Deputy Minister of Transportation Industries of the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, as well as members of the ISMAPA, and after these meetings, it was decided that urgent measures should be put on the agenda, and the Russians wanted to speed up the formation of this two-way communication.
In this context, it was decided to form working groups with a small number of people, but agile and quick in making decisions in the two countries, which will be supported by the car manufacturers and auto parts manufacturers of the two countries, as well as the ministries of industry of the two countries.
