Using the planning related soft wares , the planning department plans the necessary procedures based on the customer’s demands and according to the anticipation and orders from commercial department and production unit is responsible for producing the parts according to the agenda which comes from planning department.
Logistics duties are :
Providing and presenting the production plan to contractors and monitoring the in time supply ,
Presenting the plan for local and foreign purchase ,
Coordinating the delivery of contractor parts to samfar and supplying the required materials to contractors ,
Coordinating on time supply of our parts to our customers. ,
Monitoring the on time delivery index .
